How You Help

DONATION

Support the Josephites’ work through a Josephite Gift Annuity, remembering us in your will, or by becoming a Sustaining Partner.

CHARITABLE GIFT ANNUITY

The Charitable Gift Annuity, in states where it is permitted, is a binding contract between the donor and the Josephites. In exchange for a donation ($5,000.00 minimum), the donor receives fixed payments for life and several tax benefits. The interest rates are based on age.

BENEFICIARY IN A WILL

Many benefactors generously remember the Josephites in their will. The Society’s legal title is: ST. JOSEPH'S SOCIETY OF THE SACRED HEART, INC

For information on both Annuities and Wills, the Treasurer may be contacted at:

SUSTAINING PARTNER:

• Makes contributions on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.

• Is sure that any amount is welcome.

• Will be removed from our list, immediately, if at anytime one finds the arrangement burdensome.

We offer a special Mass each month for the intentions of Sustaining Partners in addition to the prayers for all of our benefactors said by all Josephite priests, brothers and seminarians.

Our Activities

• Most Josephites work and live in parish settings, with goals of developing warm, welcoming parishes through vibrant worship, solid Catholic teaching and ministries that   speak to the needs of the faith communities.

• A Josephite priest or brother may be found in the parish school, at C.C.D. or the R.C.I.A. programs, in counseling sessions, and/or involved with parish youth.

• In New Orleans, the priests and brothers operate St. Augustine High School, an all-male, African-American school with an enrollment of over 800 students.
